The PeopleMap System has many possible programs that lend themselves toward a variety of goals for your team. This system allows for both individual growth and team/relationship systems growth.
The PeopleMap ™ System, based on a 7-question inquiry tool, is noticeably easier and less-costly than any other personality assessment tool. The cost of the materials range from $7-$36 per person, plus my facilitator fee. There is no additional cost of processing the assessment tool; it will be done immediately as they are completed. This allows participants, in less than 15 minutes, to identify their Primary Type and Combination Type. The PeopleMap ™ personality types- Leader, Task, People, and Free Spirit, are easy to remember, which makes it much more usable in the workplace and even at home.
There are no good or bad types, just different; each with their own in-born strengths. This is the cornerstone of accepting and working well with others. And every type has the possibility to gain the strengths of all four types, which leads to really strong, adaptable individuals.
Hosting a workshop for your staff will lead to knowledge about each type's personality traits, strengths, Achilles Heels, response to stress, and communication styles. When staff know and understand each other better, they have new language to communicate with each other, which is always a good thing!
The workshop can be half day, full day, or two days; depending on your needs and how many modules you want to cover. Besides the 2 basic modules, we can provide additional modules covering areas for personal growth, advanced team building, leadership or conflict resolution.
