I look forward to my weekly life coaching sessions with Monica because she creatively and intuitively takes me where I need to go. Monica’s compassion, energy and presence give me a safe place to explore the avenues of my life. I sit here in a peace I have never felt…because I have changed.  It is a great feeling of accomplishment.

It was a marvelous coincidence that I met Monica at a time where my wedding process was totally bizarre. Monica’s clever questions got me out of focusing on the wedding itself but made me realize everything was in fact about redefining our relationships with one another including myself, my fiancé and our families. This was the turning point for me. Getting coaching not only eased my wedding process but helped to rebuild our relationships as our roles evolved.
