Business Masterminds are group-coaching forums for a small number of professionals with common interests and needs. I offer this opportunity to solo entrepreneurs and professional leaders. In each case, I will be there to coach and offer guidance, tools, and structure for accountability as you set goals and focus on the issues that are important to you and your career. Each participant will have their turn to share wins, action steps, and challenges. From the Big Picture to the small details, you'll get feedback and valuable input as you grow with your new "board of directors."

1. Business Accelerator Mastermind for Entrepreneurs (Virtual)

It's time to be strategic and proactive for the sake of your business.
Join me and a select group of business owners for a group coaching forum that will give you goals, structure, and accountability, while also giving you the encouragement and collaboration of your peers. (At this time, we are only meeting virtually.)
Investment: $150 One-time intake session, then $225/mo for two 90-minute sessions per month, or $600 per quarter. Includes an additional 30-minute private coaching session each quarter. Application required - please Contact Me. Groups are limited to no more than 5.
Mondays or Wednesdays, starting in September 2022. Times TBD by the group (midday goal).
2. Leadership Mastermind (virtual)
"Getting the job done" isn't always enough. Sometimes you have to mentor, resolve conflict, motivate others, communicate your ideas, give performance reviews, and much more.
Leadership can be challenging, especially when you feel alone, or when you don't have all the tools you need.

With no more than 3 leaders per group, Monica will facilitate a constructive dialogue to establish goals and overcome challenges.
Prior leadership coaching with Monica for a minimum of 9 sessions is required.
Investment: $150 Discovery Session and then $250/mo. Varying time slots available, 2-one hour sessions per month, plus a private check-in as needed. 4-month minimum commitment. Application required. All sessions are done via Zoom with a call-in option.
